Surgery

Dawn went in for surgery at noon and it will take 6-10 hours.  The doctors feel she is strong enough and she needs the surgery to prevent any future infection.  This morning she was responsive and seems to be frustrated because she can not respond to the voices she is hearing.  Colleen asked her if she was doing okay and she nodded.  Just before surgery she opened her eyes while family and friends gave her words of encouragement.
