Today, June 10th, there is a very important Benefit Meeting at Bourbon Street. If you are on the committee, try and make sure to be there as we are going to be going over a lot of logistics and planning.

TIME: 5:45pm to see the set-up 6:15pm meeting will start
DATE: TUESDAY, JUNE 10th
WHO: ALL COMMITTEE MEMBERS and ANY ONE THAT IS DROPPING OFF GOODS FOR THE SILENT AUCTION BRING:
-Extra Baskets you may have around the house that you are willing to donate
-Bottles of Liquor that you are willing to donate
-Any goods that you may have for the Silent Auction
-Any tickets that you have left over to the benefit or for the raffle
